Training Superintendent
Experience Required:
- Class 1 Certificate of Competency (Marine Chief Engineer)
- Min. 2 years of experience as Chief Engineer on board ocean-going vessels
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or instructional roles preferred
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations (ISM, ISPS, MLC, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation & analytical skills
- Passionate about continuous improvement & crew development
