Training Superintendent
Experience Required:
- Class 1 COC (Marine Chief Engineer)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Chief Engineer on ocean-going vessels
- Prior training/mentoring/instructional experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations (ISM, ISPS, MLC, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset & passion for crew development
