Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering is required.
- Marine Engineering Certification:
- Class 1 Marine Engineer Officer Certificate of Competency (COC) from a recognized maritime authority.
- Certification in relevant maritime safety standards (e.g., SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS).
Experience and skills:
- Experience as a Technical Superintendent – 1- 2 yrs
- Strong knowledge of vessel maintenance, repairs, and maritime regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of environmental and safety standards within the maritime industry.
- A passion for the marine industry and a commitment to excellence.
