Offshore Construction Manager (OCM)
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as OCM on cable laying or offshore construction support vessels
- Experience with DP operations, trenching, cable burial, and ROV interface
- Valid BOSIET, Offshore Medical, and IMCA certifications (preferred)
- Previous Qatar/GCC experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and coordination skills with multinational crew
