Marine Superintendent
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of shore experience as a Marine Superintendent OR
- At least 10 years of sea service with 1 year as Master (Bulk vessels mandatory)
- Solid maritime industry background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Additional Requirements:
- Location: Mumbai | On-site | Full-time
- Daily monitoring of all marine-related performance and requirements across fleet vessels
- Review and respond to vessel correspondence on marine operations
- Analyze cargo details and provide loading guidance to Masters
- Liaise with charterers and provide essential vessel data for fixtures
- Collaborate with TSI on deck maintenance standards and improvement
- Prepare vessels for inspections and ensure compliance
