We are looking for a Marine, Safety and Quality Superintendent to join our Bulk Carrier Fleet.
Position: Marine, Safety and Quality Superintendent
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the safety and quality standards for all marine operations across the fleet.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime safety regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, etc.).
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to monitor the safety performance of vessels.
- Lead investigations of marine incidents and accidents, and develop corrective action plans.
- Monitor and maintain the implementation of the company’s safety management systems (SMS).
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, class societies, and other stakeholders on safety and quality matters.
- Prepare and deliver safety and quality training programs to crew and staff.
- Review operational procedures and ensure continuous improvement in safety and quality processes.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s Certificate of Competency (Class 1) with command experience.
- 2 Years’ experience as a senior shipboard officer on relevant ship type.
- At least 1 year experience as a Marine, Safety and Quality Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid STCW certification and any other relevant marine safety certifications.
