Pre-Sea Training Institutes (as per Annex 19): IMU Campuses, Tolani Maritime Institute, SCI - MTI, TS RAHAMAN, AMET Chennai, MANET Pune, MERI Mumbai / Kolkata, IMS Goa, Great Eastern Institute of Maritime Studies, SIMS, ARI-Delhi.
Exam Attempts: Maximum of 2 attempts for written exams and 3 for orals.
Time since last vessel: Maximum 2 years from the date of sign-off of the last vessel to clear exams.
Age: Maximum 25 years.
