Head of Crewing – For Bulk Carriers & Offshore Fleets
Experience Required:
- - Must be a Master Mariner with prior sailing experience on Bulk Carriers or Offshore vessels.
- - Minimum of 10 years of shore-based experience (preferably as Head of Crewing or equivalent).
- - In-depth knowledge of RPSL, MLC, STCW, and DG Shipping regulations.
- - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Additional Requirements:
- - Lead and manage all crewing operations related activities for Bulk Carrier and Offshore vessels.
- - Ensure full compliance with DG Shipping regulations, including handling RPSL audits and related statutory requirements.
- - Liaise with regulatory authorities and classification societies as required.
- - Develop and implement crewing strategies to support fleet operations and company objectives.
- - Coordinate with technical and manning teams to ensure vessel readiness and compliance.
