Deputy Manager
Experience Required:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Main Fleet Recruitment
- Strong understanding of marine ranks, crewing operations & vessel types
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Exposure to global manning agencies or seafarer networks is a plus

- Source & screen candidates for officer ranks (various vessel types)
- Evaluate profiles as per STCW 2010 & company standards
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate engagement
- Maintain a vessel- and rank-wise structured database
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and hiring protocols
- Monitor hiring trends and improve sourcing strategies
- Use MS Office & Google Drive tools proficiently
