Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Experience Required:
- 6+ years in Main Fleet Recruitment (Shipping Industry)
- Source and screen candidates for officer ranks across various vessel types
- Assess candidate qualifications per STCW 2010 and company standards
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate relationships
- Maintain a structured database of rank- and vessel-wise applicants
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and current hiring trends
- Maintain clear communication through hiring and onboarding stages
- Strong proficiency in MS Office & Google Drive is essential
