Assistant Manager
Experience Required:
- Assisting trainers & coordinating training activities
- Managing attendance, Excel records, LMS updates, certificate generation
- Weekly follow-ups on missing forms & ensuring timely uploads
- Assigning/monitoring ECDIS courses on SAFEBRIDGE
- Coordinating trainee selection, interviews, and documentation (DCDT, TME, TR ETO)
- Creating LMS profiles, assigning e-learning & updating briefing status
- Tracking training records, identifying gaps, and preparing MRM reports
- Handling out-house course coordination (approvals, logistics, records)
- Managing invoice submissions and maintaining training documentation
- Preparing documents/presentations & supporting compliance reviews
- Skills Required: MS Office, Google Drive
