Assistant Fleet Personnel Manager
Experience Required:
- Manage fleet operations for Tanker, Bulk Carriers, Container, and Cruise vessels
- Support vessel owners with day-to-day crew-related queries and mobilization
- Plan and execute cost-effective crew changes
- Coordinate with Owners, Crew Directors, DPA, and Fleet Managers for approvals
- Follow up with DPA, Marine & Technical Managers for new hire and ex-crew approvals
- Maintain records of on-leave employees and rehire planning
- Recruit Indian Officers via job portals per owner's requirements
- Screen CVs for overseas officers, conduct initial checks, and arrange inductions
- For cruise vessels, manage crew rotations, liaise with manning agents, and recruit through portals and agencies
- Monitor vessel crew composition in line with budgeted crew lists
- Maintain regular communication with vessels and internal team members
