Essential Requirements
Sea going experience as Master on Oil tankers.
3 years shore-based experience in an HSEQ/Assurance role.
Thorough understanding and experience in the Ship-to-Ship operations (good knowledge of the OCIMF STS Guide).
Thorough understanding and knowledge of ISO 9K, 14K & 45K standards.
Good knowledge and experience in marine industry HSEQ practices, marine Incident Investigation, and auditing.
Strong, demonstrable leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and be able to meet deadlines.
Effective engagement with the team to deliver on HSEQ objectives.
Analytical, problem solving, time management and decision-making skills.
Ability to respond positively to customers in an effective manner, good reporting, and written skills.
Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communications skills.
